Sub:- ITDA, Rampachodavaram - Scheduled Tribes and other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest rights) Act, 2006 - Sanction of advances for implementation of Act - Orders - Request - Regarding.

4). Letter of District Forest Officer, Kakinada .

5). Letter of Revenue Divisional Officer, Peddapuram.

ORDER :

In the ref. 1 st read above, the General Manager, Tricor, Hyderabad has released an amount of Rs.50.00 lakhs (Rupees Fifty lakhs only) to the East Godavari District in favour of Project Officer, ITDA, Rampachodavaram under Scheme "SCA to TSP for 2007-08" towards implementation of S.Ts. and other forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006 in the agency area of Rampachodavaram Division including Sub - Plan area.

In the ref. 2 nd to 5 th read above, the following officers have requested release the amounts as noted against each to commence the mapping process to facilitate forest rights recognition.

1. Sub - Collector, Rampachodavaram                               = Rs. 5,00,000

2. District Forest Officer, Kakinada                                     = Rs. 3,00,000

3. Revenue Divisional Officer, Peddapuram                        = Rs. 3,00,000

4. Director, SAKTI, Rampachodavaram                               = Rs.    50,000

                                                                                               Rs. 11,50,000

Therefore sanction is hereby accorded for drawl and payment of Rs.11,50,000/- (Rupees Eleven lakhs and Fifty thousand only) to the above officers concerned for implementation forest rights act, 2006.

The Asst. Account Offcer, ITDA is requested to draw and pay the amounts as noted above by way of demand draft and cheques.

The concerned officers are requested to submit the expenditure particulars voucher - wise and U.C. with bills after completion of work as early as possible.

The expenditure is debatable to "SCA to TSP for 2007-2008" Account.
