In the reference read above, the director, Sakti, Rampachodavaram has requested to release the following amount to 15 carpentary trainees in the carpentary training centre at Busigudem.

Stipend @Rs.150/- to 15 carpentary trainees

From 25.7.85 to 24.3.86 for 9 months.

9 x 150 x 15 Rs.20,250.00

Salary of instructor from 1.6.8 to 24.3.86

(10 months) @Rs.500/- and @rs.250/-5,000 Rs. 5,000.00

for assistant for 9 months: 250 x 9 = 2250/- Rs. 2,250.00

Hence sanction is hereby accorded to draw an amount of Rs.27,500/- (Rupees twenty seven thousdand five hundred only) only payable to the above carpentary trainees at Busigudem as detailed above and the amount has to be released to the Director, Sakti, Rampachodavaram. He is requested to produce detailed vouchers for the amount spent.

The amount shall be debited to the TRYSEM sector ITDA.

The Asst.Project Officer incharge of Maredumilli Panchayat Samithi should visit twice a month ensure proper utilisation of the amount.
