Please refer to your letter dated 12-6-97 regarding survey operations in West Godavari Agency. I have discussed this issue with the Project Officer, ITDa, Kotarmachandrapuram during the recent Regional Project Officers Meeting held at Bhadrachalam and requested him to involve the Tribals or their Representatives in the survey operations. I also enclose herewith a copy of the guidelines issued for oonducting verification of the claims of Tribals for your information.
