On a representation filed by Dr. P. Sivaramakrishna, Sakti Organization, certain instructions are already issued to you to implement the guidelines issued by the Government as well as High Court scrupulously and also to give side publicity of the Scheduled Programme to the Committee members, Organisation and others before the commencement of verification of title and possession of land in Agency villages.

Now, the Sakti Organisation in the reference 2 nd cited stated that they are deputing Sri K.L.Ravi Kumar, a retired Joint Collector to represent things relating to the problems in Agency area on behalf of Sakti Organisation.
