I am enclosing a letter from Dr. P. Sivarama Krishna of 'SAKTI' addressed to the District collector, West Godavari District, in this letter he has Alleged that the mandal revenue officer, Jeelugumilli and other revenue authorities are not following the procedure laid down by the Hon'ble High Court in sorting how the land problems between the tribals and non tribals.

He is therefore requested that the Revenue authorities at Mandal level may be directed to follow the procedure laid down by the Hon'ble High Court and also work in a more transparent way to sort out the land related
