Sub: FILING OF APPEALS - Jeelugumilli Mandal and village-Demand of tribals for filing Appeals on the Judgement of SDC(T.W) K.R.Puram in the Court of Agent to Government, Eluru for justice - Regarding.
I submit that the tribals of Sirivarigudem h/o Jeelugumilli village have raised objection about the genuineness of the Documents possessed by the following non-tribals and the consequential Judgements issued by the Spl. Deputy Collector (Tribal Welfare) K.R.Puram and hance, they restrained the non-tribals. On the complaint made by the latter, a meting was convened with both the parties on 14.11.2002 wherein the Advocates of tribals also participated.
During verification of records, case by case, the Advocates represented that they shall verify the genuineness of the Judgement of SDC at ITDA and requested to take action fro filing Appeals against the following Judgement of SDC(T.W) K.R.Puram.

I therefore request that the Spl. Dy. Tahsildar (T.W) K.R. Puram may kindly be instructed to enquire and file Appeals before the Agent to Government on the above Judgement of SDC.
As the tribals are now gradually sliding towards obtaining rights on lands through legal means, instead of resorting to illegal occupations, I solicit the favour of early action in the matter.
